This pilot is the second phase of the TDF pilot in Paris (see Phase 1). Its aims are to complete the work began during the first 9 months including :
- perform outdoor and indoor measurements and optimize theoretical models used for DVB-H network dimensioning in an urban environment
- evaluate contribution of low power transmitting sites complementing high power transmitting sites
- validate simulcrypt of different control access systems providers
