The wholesale service will be launched in Warsaw  the end of  September 2009. The service will be expanded to another 9 cities by the end of 2009 and total of 31 cities in 2011. After the license is expanded in 2015 nationwide coverage will be possible.

INFO-TV-FM, a subsidiary of NFI Magna Polonia S.A., was granted a DVB-H license on 26 June 2009.  INFO-TV-FM will provide a wholesale mobile TV and radio offering to Service Providers – Mobile Network Operators in Poland.
Motorola Home & Networks Mobility will supply complete DVB-H and OMA BCAST Mobile TV solution, including video head-end, network infrastructure and associated services.

INFO-TV-FM is the wholesale operator. The commercial retail service will be rendered by retail operators – Mobile Network Operators and other interested companies.

At least 16 TV and radio channels.
Multiplex will be shared by different content providers including main nation TV and radio services.

Axcera transmitters with different power depending on localization 100 – 1000W.
4 Transmitters of  0,5 KW covering the capital of Poland in September 2009.

The interactive services platform will utilize Motorola solution based on OMA BCAST standard.

The system  is designed to simultaneously support both IPDC and OMA BCAST standards (SCP and/or DRM). This will enable INFO-TV-FM to accommodate multiple mobile operators/service retailers with different conditional access preferences.
As the initial phase ESG based on OMA BCAST standard will be delivered .
